hola ,tengo una notebook acer y se me daño aparentemente un virus y no me deja subir el sistema se queda tratando de prender y vuelve a darse el restart y no medeja ponerla como de fabrica necesito saber si hay una forma de subirla con un pendrive gracias mil por adelantado.
