Creo que deberían darle una buena leída a los temas del foro, ya se han posteado muchísimas soluciones a este problema y, créanme, no tiene mucho que ver con la BIOS o los drivers (al menos a mí no se me solucionó el problema actualizándolos). Por si les da flojera o son posts ya tan viejos que aparecen en la página 1000, aquí les va de nuez lo que a mí me funcionó:
1.- Abren el bloc de notas
2.-Copian el siguiente código:

3.- Le dan en guardar como..., le ponen el nombre que quieran y finalmente lo guardan con la extensión .vbs
4.- Abren el archivo que crearon y les aparecerá una ventana que les dirá que es un procedimiento no dañino bla bla bla...
5.-Reinician su Pequeñín y listo!
